Every October, Greenwich Village hosts one of the wildest most creative parties in the world, the Annual Village Halloween Parade. And they all come out: actors; fashion designers; theatrical designers; and hordes of drag queens and kings. And they all of this one night to show the world what they've got. And this year Kiss was there to start the rockin'.
