Angelo Rivera's Eyes on the Street

New York Cool photographer Angelo Rivera caught these shots Tuesday, October 31, 2006 of an immigration protest outside Senator Hillary Clinton's office at 780 Third Avenue and 48th Street. The protestors were protesting the fact that Senator Clinton voted for the Fence Agreement to "Fence Out Illegals." It was Halloween so some of the protestors were in costume. Viva New York!

Also on October 31st, 2006, Angelo took these photos at Holy Apostle Church on 9th Avenue and 28th Street as the Food Bank of Greater New York delivered two fifty-three foot trucks of food for the homelss. On hand were numerous volunteers to help remove the food from the trucks and carry it inside the Chuch.
