Claire Pettibone presented her spring bridal collection on a beautiful Indian summer day at the stunning glass-walled Ailey Studios in Manhattan. The collection was a romantic fantasy of silk slip dresses embellished with exquisite beading and silk rosettes. These dresses would be equally at home a moonlight wedding in the garden of a Southern Gothic mansion or a formal wedding at one of New York’s fanciest hotel. The look was sophisticated, sensual and sexy. There was even a “Pamela Anderson” special, a sheath of see-through lace over a white bikini – perfect for beach weddings. This collection is perfect for the fashion conscious woman who would like an unveiled or even barefoot look for her special day.
