Dare Devil Flash Gordon, Harry from Dumb and Dumber, Ageisha, Vampires, Cheer Leaders and the Fire Fighters partied at Libation on October 27th, rocking out for Halloween. But this was not just any Halloween party; this funk was hitting the rafters to fundraise for the PossEble Theatre Company.

DJ Success (of Marquis, Suede and Slate fame) spun the records and 267 Infusions supplied an open bar from 10:30 to 12:30, filling the partygoers with both spirits and spirit. The sexy POW Girlies danced their go-go boots off and the party rocked until Libation turned the lights off on at 4AM. The party was filled with theater owls and other undeterminable artistic types, mixed in with a smattering of Wall Streeters, all costumed up and ready to howl for Halloween.

Thanks to Libation, the POW Girlies, DJ Success and 267 Infusions PossEble Theatre Company raised $1500 for their upcoming play, “Once Upon a Wolf.” Performance will be held on December 1st and 2nd at the PS41 School and admission is free! PossEble Theatre Company was founded in February 2005 by four NYU Tisch School of the Arts alumni and today founders Jonathan Meyer, Brandon Scott, Katie Cappiello, and Deanna Barillari (“the Posse”) have eighteen actors working (and partying) with them.

Brandon Scott, the V.P. of PossEble said. “Our goal with this party was to expand our community.” One thing for sure: the evening was full of spirit and energy. People who did not know each other beforehand got together, found common ground and “communed” for the night.
