On Sunday night, March 25th, HBO held a party to celebrate the opening of the 2007 New Directors New Film Festival (filmlinc.com). The party was held at Josephina, the perfect venue with its location right across the street from Lincoln Center. Josephina was also the perfect venue because the cuisine is consistently wonderful.

The room was filled with the famous, the soon-to-be famous and the usual lot of good-looking-and-interesting-looking-people-who-look-vaguely-familiar. And right at the front of the room was New York Cool favorite Sylvia Miles, holding court with her friends Celia Weston (Flirting with Disaster) and director Kim Massee of the New Directors New Films selection Cowboy Angels.
