BCBG Max Azria Fall/Winter 2007 collection combines romanticism with youthful, classic ease-chic, adding on-the-go knit caps to feminine-flowing baby doll dresses. Characteristic of BCBG Max Azria, the dresses are detailed with pleats and appliqués and gowns with elegant draping. Aside from jersey and silk dresses, the collection boasts nylon quilted jackets and vests and feather details. The fall palette includes a nocturnal mix of black, charcoal, chocolate, navy, along with neutral tones of bone, cream and khaki, plum and lavender, and metallics. There really isn’t any stand out looks as the dresses and details speak for themselves, but the jackets and vests layered over the dresses, mixed with charcoal tights throughout and knit caps add a cozy, warm comfortable feel.
