Morphine Generation’s urbanite
style embraces the fall season with men’s
and women’s cigarette trousers, angora/cashmere
turtlenecks, cashmere skullcaps and fingerless gloves.
The collection had a somber tone with black and
grey the dominating colors. The title of the collection
is titled “Hopeless Romantics Since 1979”.
The collection encompassed an 80s vibe, with slim
cuts seen in a high-waisted corset skirt, corduroy
suit or pants that cinch the leg and define the
new skinny jean.
There are a lot of wearable
looks for those who aren’t model-thin. Layering
pieces such as a cotton twill bolero jacket over
a woven bow shirt dress or a wool deconstructed
vest over a trench shirt paired with a silk tie
adds depth and a pulled-together look. Highlights
include high-waisted or wide leg suspender trousers
and a belted parka dress for women and wool trench
coats and a double breasted sweater for men: all
key pieces that would be stylish and functional
for any city-goer.
