Cielo is the smallest (and perhaps hippest) of the Meat Packing Districts super clubs. And every Wednesday night is Roots night with DJ's Louie Vega and Kevin Hedge. The music is an (according to their website) an "unique blend of uplifting house mixed with Latin beat, hip-hop and jazz."
