On October 17, 2007, Flûte Midtown hosted the second event in the “Bubbly & Beauty” series, this time featuring Nars Cosmetics.

Nars was promoting The Multiple in Orgasm. The Multiple is a multi-purpose stick, with a versatile formula to be used on the eyes, lips and cheek. The Multiple was inspired by previous Nars favorites – Orgasm Blush and Orgasm Lip Gloss.

The Nars makeup team was on hand to provide useful benefits and makeup tips of The Multiple, demonstrating looks on each of their models. “The Multiple has a sheer, translucent effect. You can press it over foundation, and underneath blush and lip gloss. It is meant for a 30-second makeover, giving a little bit of a glow,” says Nars makeup artist Jenny Smith.

Makeup artist Alex Hanson shares his view on layering with The Multiple. “It adds more body and staying power for women on the go. Use The Multiple with a glitter pencil. It creates a neutral effect with body to the eye.”

Jenny and Alex applied The Multiple on guests, who were excited to try out The Multiple at home and see the natural, glowing results. The Multiple is currently sold exclusively at Sephora stores and Sephora.com through the end of 2007, and then becoming available in January as part of the Nars spring collection.
