Te Casan is one of the most beautiful spaces in Manhattan to hold an event and this glorious shoe emporium recently celebrated the signing of celebrity stylist Mary Lafayette to the Victoria Agency. On September 26th, cocktails courtesy of White Diamond Vodka and Redbull were flowing as guests mingled and admired the limited edition luxury footwear in over 7,500 square feet of sprawling luxury. Bre Scullark from America’s Next Top Model hosted the event as fashion insiders networked and sauntered about the party.

Lafayette has a strong portfolio, and she has styled Mary J. Blige, Chris Tucker, Kimora Lee Simmons, and others. “I think my success is due to the diversity within my work, and I one day hope to work with Madonna. I always strive to let my creativity show through in a clean and somewhat edgy way.” Upon speaking with Lafayette further, she commented, “I have always been a little fashionista, and this is a tremendous opportunity for me. I’m very excited about joining the Victoria Agency, and look forward to successful representation.”

Giant Magazine, Cibu, Kyotofu, Def Jam Records, and Smooth Movements’ luxury car service sponsored the event and filled the goody bags with delectable treats. And 20% of the evenings proceeds benefited the American Cancer Society. Gift bags, celebrities, and charity – oh my! This was definitely an evening to remember.
