The Nicole Miller spring 2008 collection was celebrity clad with Ivana Trump, Jane Krakowski, Nagel Barker and Zooey Deschanel sitting on the front row. “Streamlined Glamour” hinged on reinterpreted timeless looks, and the line showcased wide leg trousers, bold prints, and surprisingly sophisticated playsuits. Waist lines were raised and Miller showed a highly structured line. Military accents were integrated throughout the clothing, and yellow was the most prevalent color on the runway.

The line was effortlessly sexy – nothing felt forced or overdone. The black and gold mini dress with an open back just sizzled, but for the most part, the line was adaptable and quite wearable. The models looked as though they just breezed down the runway in a flurry of well fitting garments. Just leave it to Nicole Miller to present picture perfect clothing that translates from the catwalk to reality. Everything was sheer magic.
