Texas-born, California-based designer Pegah Anvarian held her second fashion week show this September. But this time instead of having her models march down the runway at Bryant Park, she posed them lying languidly on the risers around the indoor pool at Times Square's QT Hotel. The presentation gave off a hot young vibe for a hot young line, just the kind of garments that Hollywood stylist Rachel Zoe is draping on stars like Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton.
