The design team at Unruly Heir has reinterpreted the world that actors Jude Law, Matt Damon and Philip Seymour Hoffman inhabited in director Anthony Minghella's film, The Talented Mr. Ripley. It is a world of preppy privilege with a punky twist; a world where blazers are worn with walking shorts and loud Palm Beach colors provide dashes of paprika to down-easter chic. The show was staged with a subversive tongue-in-cheek humor; a suitcase is spilled and out falls all the (parent's ?) prescription drugs and zip –lock bags of "oregano" which the model haphazardly leaves on the runway to be casually copped by the next “stallion” out of the paddock. It was cheeky fun, just like Unruly Heir.
