So you’re looking for something to do on a Tuesday night? Check out The Scene at The Delancey. Every Tuesday Brian Burke hosts a live rock & roll night. The night features musicians from various rock bands playing acoustic sets. Some of the musicians are from bands such as the Dirty Pearls, The New Professionals, Queen V, and Jerry Cherry. Between sets, DJ Toni spins all your favorite tunes.

The crowd is always full of aspiring and well known New York musicians - and of course the usual scenesters. The action starts at 10PM and goes to the wee hours. You never know who will get up to perform next.

The Scenesters

If you haven't been to The Delancey, it’s a great bar. The bartenders are always friendly and how rare is that for the LES? The Scene takes place on the main floor which features a fireplace. There is also a lower level which has live music most nights. The roof is enclosed and boasts great views of the Williamsburg Bridge. And what a bonus that is for all you smokers. You get to chill on the roof and smoke, no need to brave the elements outside the front door.

If you are a musician and want more information on booking your acoustic set, contact Brian Burke at brian360s@yahoo.com. Brian is the master-of-ceremonies for the evening. Or if you are just a person-in-need-of-a-break, come hang out to enjoy the music and the relaxed vibe of The Delancey.
