Ogawa’s style is futuristic with a romantic
twist, pulling inspiration from several themes.
One inspiration for fall is the Milky Way galaxy,
with sparkling stars in the outreaches of space,
another is Maetel, the heroine from sci-fi anime
Galaxy Express 999 and Scottish-flair tartan kilts.
Ogawa infuses military tailoring and details, as
well as volume seen on bustle skirts Ogawa incorporates
Swarovski crystals, tweed with flecks of lame, black
tulle, curled mohair double-face wool and silk cotton
fabrics. The color focus of the collection includes
indigo, teal, charcoal and black. The collection
includes everything from military jackets, mohair
vests and turtlenecks and bow blouses to baby doll
and kilt dresses.
