Carolina Herrera showed a beautiful and funky line for Fall of 2008. Well bred, well tailored neutral plaids were topped with exuberant hats and embellished with splashes of mustard and lemon. Every piece was beautifully constructed and standing alone would gracefully fill the closet of the most conservative wearer. But the style mix was the magic. Herrera juxtaposed alternating plaids, beading, feathers and fur with a wild sense of fun. We've seen the future for fall and it's Herrera.
