Chris Han showed
real growth this season by embracing a plethora
of textiles. Light weight chiffon tops were seamlessly
paired with heavy wool pieces. This exploration
of fabric made the line feel particularly fresh.
The olive, plum, and grey color palette was extremely
wearable, and it was clear that Han was designing
for modern women.
Overall, the line was delivered
with a whisper. Nothing felt terribly deliberate,
and everything just floated down the runway with
a relaxed feeling. Nothing was forced, but the looks
were still striking. Fingerless gloves, drawstrings,
and peep toe pumps all worked together to emphasize
the simple elegance of the clothing. The swept back
hair and extremely dark lipstick created memorable
runway looks that created high drama against the
glossy and burnished fabrics.
