Kuwait-based designer
Haya Al Houti showed an exuberant and fantastic
line of evening wear at her show during the February
2008 Couture Fashion Week at the Westin Hotel in
New York's Times Square. Houti utilized beautiful
fabrics, beading and bright colors in her designs
proving the adage that sometimes more is much more.
According to the show's press
release, Ms. Houti's designs are worn by women throughout
the Middle East; her clients include Saudi Arabian
princesses. But whoever Ms. Houti's clients may
be, they must be having a wonderful time wearing
these beautiful and romantic gowns.
