Every year on the Saturday before the Sunday Puerto Rican Day Parade, New York's Puerto Rican Community hosts a festival on 116th Street. It is a chance to dance, buy tee shirts, greet old friends and get ready for the exuberance of the next day's parade. New York Cool photographer Angelo Rivera was on hand and got these images.
