Mother's Day Parents Against Police Brutality Rally
Governor David Patterson's Office

On May 11, 2008, Angelo was on hand for the Mother's Day Parents Against Police Brutality Rally on front of Governor David Patterson's office in midtown. The protestors wore tee shirts with patterns of blood spatter and bullet holes as they slowly chanted, "No Justice, No Peace”

Street Organization Coalition March
Madison Square Garden to the Majestic Theater

On May 14, 2008, members of the Street Organization Coalition gathered in front of Madison Square Garden at 6PM and marched to the Majestic Theater, home of the longest running show on Broadway, Phantom of the Opera. Once at the Majestic they delivered a letter to be delivered to the producers of Phantom asking the producers to help them maintain pressure on Federal law enforcement agencies to give justice to the family of Sean Bell.
