I wish that Tracy Reese had been designing in the late 80s, the years my mother was dressing me in the cheesy floral-print dresses that made me look like a miniature version of the Queen Mum. Floral themes are common in Reese’s collections, but she knows how to make them look as youthful and pretty as a garden—not a funeral home. Reese's spring collection was a wispy blend of botanical hues and petal-soft fabrics; frilly t-shirts and frocks were expertly crafted and breezed effortlessly down the runway. I can only imagine what her garden looks like….
