Zac Posen presented a cohesive line for Spring of 2009. Using mostly a palate of pale lavender, soft cream and yellow, the clothes followed the rich hippie trend shown throughout this fashion week. Of particular note were the ruched and beaded fabrics that Posen used in tailored dresses. Also of note were his voluminous organza skirts and coats and the sandals which sported contrasting colored heels.
