Zang Toi held his Fashion Week Presentation at his
personal White Palace, his atelier on 57th Street.
The showroom looks like a movie set, a place where
Audrey Hepburn would have felt right at home.
Zang has had quite
a year, sponsoring the School
of American Ballet Winter Ball and hosting a
luncheon during an episode of The
Real Housewives of New York City (Zang
is a BFF of Jill Zarin's BFF, Brad Boles).
But on February 13,
2009, all eyes were on the clothes - beautifully
tailored suits and gowns that evoked the glamour
of past eras when elegance was everything and women
never left their homes unless they were impeccably
"put together." Fortunately for Zang,
the world is still filled with women who love sparkle
and pizzazz and Toi's lovely designs are just the
thing to embellish their lives.
