Christian Siriano presented an interesting but uneven collection for Spring 2010. Some of the pieces were simply stunning like the dark blue strapless satin dress with the huge side angled ruffle trimmed in silver. This was Galactica at its best.

Also from a distant planet was the blue body suit. Perhaps their are some extra -terrestrials in our galaxy who can create a market for this garment.

Other dresses from the collection seemed to channel Malan Breton, well tailored day wear for the "ladies who lunch."

Of particular note were the two burnt orange ensembles. One was a beautifully constructed strapless party dress. The other, an orange ball gown that could only have been inspired by visions of orange chicken feathers imploding a crepe paper dream.
