Dresses and jackets sported military accents in the cut, buttons, exposed zipper detailing and embellished shoulders at the Walter for Fall 2010 Fashion Show. Cropped coats and vests, made from shearling and leather, marched down the runway, continuing a trend favored by many designers this New York Fashion Week.

There was a slight gothic edge to the collection, a change from the designer's usual emphasis on feminine pieces. The gothic influence was seen in the leather shorts, lace blouses and cut-out details on tops.

Spotted in the front row were The Real Housewives of New York City's Jill Zarin and Alex McCord.
