Luca Luca designer Raul Melgoza sent a subdued beautifully constructed ladylike line down the runway. The designs were safe but lovely and just the thing for the upper East Side lady who lunches.

Many times I see a fashion show and wonder, "Just who is going to wear that?" No one will ask that about the Luca Luca line; everyone of his designs is emminantly wearable and timelessly elegant.
