Michael Musto celebrated the publication of his new book, Fork On The Left, Knife In The Back, with a drag-queen packed wing-of-a-ding at New York's Copacabana Night Club. Hosting the party were drag queen inspirations, Lisa Lampanelli and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps. Spinning the room were the downtown fabulosities Kenny Kenny, Malik So Chic, Murray Hill, Dirty Martini, Lady Honey Clover and Vanity Society. Also in attendance was Jerry Springer and yes you read that right, Jerry Springer. (Scroll down for photos.)

The party was entertained by show host Lisa Lampanelli featuring Musto himself, Dirty Martini getting her dirty on and off, Drag-King Murray Hill and the Countess LuAnn playing herself.

Also decorating the room were performance artist Robin Byrd, Sharon Bush (former wife of Neil, mother of Lauren), DJ Anita Sarko, Marina Levitis of Russian Dolls, actress/singer Jackie Hoffman, actor Larry Storch, actress/singer Nikki M James, Michael Musto's mother Anna Musto, actor David Ilku, fashion designer Tamae Ishii and TV reporter Bill McCuddy.
