Adriano Canzian's music penetrates with its hard throbbing beat - like a
punch in the stomach. He views it as the perfect soundtrack for sex, not
romantic love-making - but the raw animalistic kind that arouses carnal
instincts.

A drive towards indulgence fuels Adriano Canzian, notorious Italian
music composer and DJ. Adriano's indulgence in what society may condemn
as socially offensive resonates through his music, whose consuming
erotic rhythms evoke those animalistic instincts that we have learned to
suppress.

Glam punk. Harsh metal buckles against sleek leather pants give way to
Adriano's golden boots, armed with fierce stiletto heels and
sharp-pointed toes. Adriano transmits an image of elegant grunge,
portraying both fierceness and tenderness, suggesting the underlying
complexity of his character - savage yet sensitive - violent yet tender.

In this paradox lies the allure of Adriano Canzian. Even from his
background as a student of art and his many years as a painter,
Adriano's art focused on the opposing themes of the religious icons and
psychopharmaceuticals, contrasting the spiritual and the physical. After
years of working in major European art meccas - Rome, Milan, Paris, and
London - Adriano realized that painting alone was not enough to express
himself, and he took up his second great passion - music. With no formal
training, Adriano bought a computer and devoted himself to developing
his own style of music. Three years later, this self-taught musician
sent out demos and - in just three days - was called directly by the
president (DJ HELL) of International DeeJay Gigolo Records and was
signed immediately as the first and only Italian with his favorite
recording company.

Adriano's style immediately hit a nerve in the music industry.
Relentlessly pounding and pulsating, his violent, sexually-charged music
has been branded "electro punk." Inspired by Alexander McQueen's 2000
recreation of 80's gothic glam, Adriano crosses gender boundaries
through excessive makeup, mane, and mannerisms to reach what he terms
" sophistication of scandal." Behind every song is a rich architecture,
asymmetrical yet balanced. His music, much like his appearance, is
initially shocking, but ultimately seductive - seduction that you deny
or are unaware of until it's too late and you are already under its
spell. At the core of all of his music beats an intense homosexual
eroticism. Adriano's vulgar yet seductive style of music quickly
captivated the fashion industry with his first single "Macho Boy," which
was selected to open Versace's haute couture fashion show in Paris, then
Givenchy, RADIO Collette, and NAG NAG NAG compilations.

Underneath his extreme appearance and the raw rhythms of his music rests
the essence of serenity and spirituality. A devout follower of Japanese
Buddhism, Adriano practices several hours daily and views this
spirituality as the source of his focus and motivation for his art. His
provocative music does not oppose his spirituality, Adriano claims - it
is just an unconventional channel to express it. The fusion of his calm
spirituality and the perverted darkness of his music creates an
equilibrium which enables him to find balance and unleash the creative
force of his music.

Those who allow themselves to be penetrated by the throbbing and
pulsating rhythms of Adriano's music ultimately are freed - even if they
come to their freedom via instruments of restraint - S&M at its finest.
Kind of like the stranger leering at you on the subway, offensive and
repelling yet awakening a trace of latent instinctual desire, Adriano's
music both assaults and seduces his listeners.

The world has caught on. The success of Adriano's music has propelled
him onto the international stage. Already established in Germany,
Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and Greece, Adriano is
preparing to release his music in Brazil, Japan, and the US.

Just as his career has evolved from painting to music, and from local to
international venues, Adriano envisions his work crossing the
traditional boundaries of art - painting, music, and theater - overlaid
with pornography.

4 new songs "MY BOYFRIEND IS VERY SEXY""Fuck OF," "Blow Job" and
" Interference," all with a strong sexual charge, form the core of
Adriano's latest album. Also, expect a surprise co-conspirator in his
upcoming album. Rhythmically recounting his life through a collection of
vignettes of sex, friends, love, reality and fantasy, his latest project
-- "The Adriano Sex Experience Video" -- is, according to Adriano, "an
evolution without an end."
